Refund policy
This policy covers payments for 67Challenger plans and is part of our terms of use.
1. All payments are final
We don’t give refunds or credits for any payment, including partly used billing periods, unused months on a yearly plan, plans you forgot to cancel, or plans you stopped using.
2. Try it free first
Every new family gets a free first week before paying anything, so you can see whether 67Challenger fits your child before you choose a plan.
3. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn’t refund the current period.
- You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Plans bought on the website: cancel from the link in your Stripe receipt email, or at link.com if you paid with Link.
- Plans bought in the iPhone, iPad or Android app: cancel in your device’s subscription settings.
4. App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases made in the apps are billed by Apple or Google. Any refund request for those purchases goes to them and is decided under their policies, not ours: Apple or Google Play.
5. Billing mistakes
If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period or after you cancelled, email us within 60 days at contact@cloudonesoftware.com and we’ll correct it. Correcting a billing error isn’t a refund under this policy.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
